In the winter of 2026, Travis Koski and his children set out to build a business centered around health, connection, and shared experience. He had personally experienced the physical and mental benefits of sauna and cold plunge, and wanted to create a way for others to come together around something positive.

At the same time, he saw it as an opportunity to show his kids that anyone can start and run their own business. From the ground up, they worked through every step—developing a business plan, building a website, setting up accounting systems, creating the product, and learning how to market it.

What started as an idea quickly became something real: a business built on wellness, hard work, and the belief that you can create something meaningful from scratch.
